The process involved in the manufacturing of Notebooks, Long Books and Writing Pads is mainly divided in three parts: |

- Ruling on paper according to product
- Binding
- Finishing and Packing.

1:: Ruling:
In this process blank paper, the principle raw
material for manufacturing note books, long books
and writing pads is passed through ruling machine
and with the help of metal discs and ink, lines as
per our requirements are printed on paper. Various
kinds of rulings can be carried out on paper like
French Ruling, Chax Ruling, Arabic Ruling etc. The paper size is decided according to the final size of the product. |

2:: Binding: One of the important processes for manufacturing of Note Books, Long Books and Paper Stationery is binding. It is the set of processes like counting, folding, stitching, pasting and cutting of paper. All the processes are decided as per the requirements of respective products. Various machines are used to carry out this processes like guillotine – paper cutting machine, stitching machine, dab press etc. Also, a variety of raw materials other then paper, like straw board, binding cloth, stitching wire,
cover paper and others are consumed at various stages of this process. |

3:: Finishing and Packing: Last but not the least, is the stage in manufacturing paper stationery which is final cutting and packing as per the requirement of the customer. In this stage, notebooks, long books and paper stationery are cut and finished first, and then packing as per the customer's requirement is done. Thereafter, on completion of this process, finished goods are ready for dispatch. |

The premises we possess at Ranna Park, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad, has
enough floor space for manufacturing of notebooks and
paper stationery. It has three-phase electricity supply,
available 24 hours without any interruption. |

Being in the vicinity of Gandhinagar – Sarkhej Highway and about 3 Kilo Meters from Gujarat High Court, the loading and unloading [of materials / finished product] can be done, 24 hours due to accessibility of all weather roads right up to our manufacturing premises. |
